Adam Wolpert


Adam Wolpert is a painter, teacher and Director of the Fine Arts Programs at The Occidental Arts and Ecology Center, a newly founded educational facility inWest Sonoma County, California. He received his BA in Fine Art at UCSB and then studied in Florence, Italy at the classical atelier, Studio Cecil-Graves. He received his MFA from UCSD. He has taught classical painting techniques in both Los Angeles and San Diego.

Wolpert's work like his interests, has spanned a long range of styles fusing the classical and conceptual by linking traditional approaches to painting with contemporary issues.
